The tasty lupin dal consists of half peeled lupin seeds and is particularly suitable for Indian and Ayurvedic cuisine. Pulses are an essential part of Ayurvedic cuisine and provide us with a valuable source of nutrients and satiety.

Preparation instructions

Soak the lupin dal overnight or for at least 4 hours. Wash before cooking. Bring 1 cup of dal to the boil with 2.5 cups of fresh water and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Only add salt after cooking.
