We deliver in Austria and Germany via our shipping partner, GLS.

Usual delivery times:
Austria and Germany: approx. 1 to 6 working days
EU (except Cyprus), Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland, San Marino: approx. 2 to 6 working days
Cyprus: 8-21 working days
All other countries: The delivery time depends on the local postal companies (approx. 8-21 working days).
Deliveries abroad may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees which are not included in the total price shown.
Means of payment offered
We currently offer 2 payment methods. Paypal and prepayment by bank transfer. If you do not have Paypal, you can pay by credit card and select paypal.
Paypal
A PayPal account is required for payment with PayPal.
After you have clicked on “Order now for a fee” in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to Paypal. You will be asked to enter your Paypal access data (e-mail address, password) and confirm the transaction. After successful payment you will be redirected back to ARTEMIS.
Payment via Paypal may incur fees – these will be borne by ARTEMIS. So there are no costs for you.
When your payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected to
ARTEMIS will redirect you to a “Thank you” order confirmation page. Only then will the order actually be received by ARTEMIS. If you still have questions, please visit the Paypal Help Center.
Prepayment
The order confirmation incl. our bank details you will receive
immediately after your order by e-mail. Please transfer the amount using the order number given so that we can clearly allocate your payment. As soon as the payment has been credited to our account and has been allocated to your order, your order will be processed and the items will be sent by post.
Please note that the payment method prepayment can lead to longer delivery times than other payment methods: The order will be processed and shipped as soon as the payment has been received on the ARTEMIS bank account. It can therefore take between 4 and 15 days to send the parcel. We thank you for your understanding and ask you to transfer the amount quickly so that we can send you your package as soon as possible! If we do not receive payment within 2 months of your order, we will cancel your order. Please note: For transfers from a country outside the EU, you must bear any additional costs for the transfer yourself to ensure that we receive the correct amount.
Production downtimes may occur due to production risks. We therefore ask for your understanding that, in exceptional cases, ordered goods may not be available. Of course we will inform you by e-mail.
