This organic sweet lupin coffee is an ideal alternative to classic bean coffee. The fine tuning of the aroma and the optimal roasting of our organic sweet lupin seeds result in this aromatic, full-bodied, caffeine-free coffee enjoyment that is second to none.
The taste is similar to coffee beans due to the pleasantly intense roasted aromas, but also has the slightly nutty flavor of lupine.
This organic sweet lupin coffee is gluten- and caffeic acid-free and can be drunk at any time of day, even by children and pregnant women. In addition to the classic hot drink, it is also suitable for iced coffee and various desserts looking for that sophisticated touch.
For the production of our lupin coffee, we only use sweet lupins that thrive on our own healthy fields under optimal conditions.
We are grateful that we received professional training in roasting our lupins from “Paul & Bohne”, which is why we are particularly satisfied with the result.
Preparation
Optimal preparation: French press or as filter coffee
- French Press
Use 1 tablespoon per cup - Filter coffee machine
Add 100 g per liter of water to the filter and pour boiling water over it
