Understanding the element of fire in winter
Winter is often perceived as a time of withdrawal, sluggishness or even deprivation. Less light, lower temperatures, more tiredness. However, from an energetic and holistic perspective, winter is not a “problem time” – it is a phase of concentration, inner strength and conscious fire.
If you learn to nourish your inner fire in a targeted way, winter can become one of the most powerful seasons of the year.

Why many people “cool down” in winter
Typical winter complaints are no coincidence:
- Frequent infections
- Cold hands and feet
- Lack of energy
- Sugar cravings
- Mood lows
The cause is often a weakened inner fire – triggered by:
- cold, raw diet
- too little sleep
- permanent “functioning”
- Lack of rituals
Winter demands adaptation, not perseverance.
