Tulsi has a calming, clarifying and strengthening effect on our nervous system and our psyche, especially in times of stress, and promotes a feeling of relaxation and well-being.
The holy Indian basil has many names and is a real “all-rounder”. This plant, known as holy basil or king basil, soothes colds, gastrointestinal illnesses, sore throats or bronchitis and is full of valuable B vitamins.
