Overview
Our refund and return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Reduced articles
Only items at the regular price can be refunded. Sale items are excluded from the refund.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Return of goods
To return your product, please send it to: Artemis GmbH, Kaiserbergstraße 8, A-8502 Lannach.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take different lengths of time for your exchanged product to arrive.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
