Yet it is one of the most powerful native plants of all. <\/p>\n\n<p>That&#8217;s exactly why I decided to experiment:<br\/><strong>stinging nettle every day for 21 days &#8211; as tea, in a smoothie or cooked.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Why? That&#8217;s exactly what I want to find out. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. anti-inflammatory properties<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Nettle contains plant substances that can have an anti-inflammatory effect.<br\/>This is why it is often used for joint complaints and has even been studied in connection with <strong>osteoarthritis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. support for the immune system<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>With its high antioxidant and vitamin C content, stinging nettle can support the immune system, perfect for the transition period from winter to spring.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. exciting for allergies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>A particularly interesting point:<br\/>Nettle is also traditionally used to treat <strong>hay fever<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Some studies suggest that ingredients in the plant could have an influence on the histamine reaction in the body.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. regional, sustainable and free of charge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The best thing about it?
